摘要
In the present article a new educational conception for Human Rights is proposed, it is approached what is related to the Right to Education as a human right, Education for Human Rights and Education for peace as a basis for the formation of a culture of peace. The proposed conception contains guiding ideas, principles and a proposal of contents that must be changed, in order to ensure that Education for Human Rights allows the formation of basic competences to function in social life based on respect for Human Rights.
