摘要：

Some spectral asymptotic properties of the nonselfadjoint operator A associated with a noncoercive bilinear form in the space H-l = L-2(0, 1)(l) are investigated in the article. Such problems as summability of the Fourier series of elements f is an element of H-l with respect to the system of root vector-functions of the operator A by the Abel method with brackets, estimate for the resolvent of the operator A are considered.
