摘要
The theory of Max Weber's Bureaucracy is devoted more to an organizational bureaucratic -functional vision, as the organization sees the human resources and each business unit, to reach larger efficiency and effectiveness, production and productivity. The globalized neo-liberalism, a new face of the capitalism that works watching the world as an organic totality whose control is made by great powers and respective govenunents, which are also subjected to the international economical and financial groups. It is intended in the present work, with a bibliographical research to show the norrow relationship between the Weber's bureaucracy and the neo-liberal globalization. It was used, precisely, the bibliographical and descriptive documental research with the observational qualitative methods, descriptive and analytical, the technique of the systematic reading and the consultation to the internet. The result was a general vision of the weberian theory of the bureaucracy and the central ideas, of Max Weber. With application in the contemporary society. It is ended that bureaucratic theory is still in the middle of the energy and it is applied by most of the companies, public and private, as well as in the government administration of the XXI Century, of the globalizaed neo-liberalism.
