摘要
This study contrasts the skills that managers use in the public and private sectors. Subjects were 131 mid to upper level managers who participated in the President's Commission on Executive Exchange. Although results indicate significant differences in skill use and importance between sectors, they appear to be a function of a public/private sector bias.
