Professional formation in Latin America, is it a key factor for the country's development since the Management Direction?

During the last decades the Latin American and Caribbean countries have reinforced its institutions dedicated to the formation, with the incorporation of activities that have been characterized by a great variety of formative plans, where its actors -industrialist Sate and workers- have showed their interest in development and integral formation by competencies through efficacious and effective plans. In this sense, this investigation aims towards the theoretical-epistemic analysis on the professional formation in the Latin American countries, making emphasis in the role of management since the direction of this process, and trying to underline global scene of the institutions oriented to the Latin American citizens formation. This analysis is the result of an investigation that has been carried out during three years whose product allowed the culmination of the author's doctoral studies and also make evident the main role of formation in the countries' competitive development.
