摘要：
The paper presents the basic conditions, positions and related with them trends in work processes in the information society. Particular attention is given to telework as an innovative form of work, based on modern information and communication technologies, and also it consideres the impact of ICT and globalization on contemporary and future work processes as well as the structure of employment.
