This paper focuses on offering a comprehensive overview about research on Ancient Greek Language through a variety of viewpoints: syntactic, pragmatic, and sociolinguistic, to name but a few. Its main goal is to familiarize those Greek classicists with no special expertise in syntax with the newer approaches and breakthroughs.
