摘要
Used in aeronautics "No Go" allows stopping proceedings of take-off; by assimilation in surgery No Go allows to stop of the management of the patient between his arrival in the operating block and the realization of the surgical approach. The French Code of Public Health explicitly imposes pre-operative information, so that patient can make a serene decision. Actually many surgeons are sentenced by court of justice according to a poor or bad or incomplete preoperative information which is mandatory since a famous law published on 4 March 2002. In case of realization of a "No Go process", lawyer of the patient can lodge a complaint on the penal or civil court of justice when the patient was not warned of this procedure.
