摘要:
The aim of this article is to draw attention to certain unresolved anthropological problems in Aristotle and St. Thomas. These problems arise from a tension in their understanding of the connection between mind and body. In the case of Aristotle, his understanding of the human being and of the relations between soul and mind (psyche-nous) is genuinely novel because of his hylomorphic theory.
