摘要：

The toxocell latex agglutination test was used to detect Toxoplasma gondii antibodies in serum collected from organ donors and transplant recipients. When compared with the Toxoreagent latex agglutination test 96% of the samples gave concordant results. The toxocell latex agglutination test had a sensitivity of 94% and a specificity of 97% when compared with the dye test as the "gold standard". © 1990.
