Assertive communication: a stimulation method in the formation of the pedagogical professional

摘要
Some epistemological considerations related to assertive communication and its relevance in the pedagogical process were presented; this is possible due to the use of methods such as analysis, synthesis, participant observation of the pedagogical process. As a result to offer the pedagogical method of the assertive communication stimulation was explained, of the authors' investigation which constitutes a new way to achieve educative work by stimulating the formation of flexible and positive behaviours, transcending the different formation contexts in which education professionals develop.
