摘要：
A series of analogues of N-acetylmuramyl-L-alanyl-D-isoglutamine (MDP) conjugated at position 6 of the carbohydrate residue with some acridine derivatives were synthesized as potential anti-HIV-1 and/or anticancer agents. Preliminary screening data indicate that some of them (4a, 4d and 3e) exhibit anti-HIV-1 activity and some others, including the most active compound 3c, act as antitumor agents.
