摘要
We consider three measurement schemes: a beam splitter; a back action evading detector; and a passive device using intracavity second harmonic generation. We consider them as receivers or information taps in an optical transmission line. We calculate their power requirements and compare their performance, according to criteria expressed in terms of the relevant correlation coefficients, as a function of the available power.
