摘要：
The gauge transformations for (n+1)x(n+1) eigenvalue problems are introduced. In particular, extended forms of Ablowitz-Kaup-Newell-Segur (AKNS) system and Kaup-Newell (KN) system are found to be related by the gauge transformation. As an application of this theory, the interrelations between the coupled nonlinear Schrodinger equation and the coupled derivative nonlinear Schrodinger equation are explicitly shown.
