摘要
In this paper the concept of culture is studied, both in a broad or anthropological sense and in a specific one, defining the concept in the context of organizations (public and private), and analyzing the different meanings it can adopt. Moreover the basic thematic components and nuclei which must conform culture in organizations are reviewed and some relevant relationships between Psychology and culture are established. In addition, the extent of influence of culture on groups and organizations is analyzed, as well as the role this plays on such contexts, establishing some basic cultural differences between organizations concerning to the public and private sectors. Finally, some of the most characteristic methodological problems are studied, as well as different plausible options which may help for their solution
