摘要
In this study, activated carbon and bleaching earth as a bleaching agent mixed with certain proportions and bleached by applying to neutral cotton seed oil with 2% ratio. These applications at the end of the oil loss, color change and changes in free acidity values were. Neutral oil was added activated charcoal agent bleaching rate increases decrease in fat loss, but the color is not a material change in the value of free acidity showed increased redness was observed. Neutral oil increases fat loss in addition to increasing the rate of bleaching earth as a bleaching. Color redness value of free acidity decreased, but showed no significant changes observed.
