摘要：

In psychoanalytic literature, the repetitive use of psychoactive substances has been identified as an attempt on the part of the subject to obtain a full satisfaction of the drives. In this article, this hypothesis is reappraised and it is proposed that the recourse to drugs is for many a desperate alternative, a last recourse to avoid being definitively and irremediably excluded from the social bond.
