摘要
The main achievements in the development of optically pumped atomic magnetometers are reviewed. The best up-to-date magnetometers have sensitivities up to 0.1 pT/(Hz)1/2 and absolute accuracy of about 0.1 nT, permitting not less than 10 readings per 1 s. The main applications are earth field gradiometry and variometry.
