摘要：
Stable lines of gametophytic tissue of the fern Pteridium aquilinum resistant to streptomycin at 1.0 mg/ml were isolated without treatment with mutagens. The lines did not exclude the antibiotic, and were not found to be profoundly different from sensitive tissue at the ultrastructural level. © 1990 Tissue Culture Association.
