This article seeks to demonstrate the importance of human rights, from the analysis of some ethical categories such as: individual, equality, the objective of human of rights, as well as, the development of a public position for those who seek foundations for bioethics, but simultaneously, look to propose an ethical conception, according to the conditions of the contemporary world. Additionally, it highlights the main role that acquires bioethics and the development of education, emergency and configuration of public policies that tend to the expression and take advantage of human rights.
