摘要
We provide the first full-length cDNA and amino acid sequences for beef heart C-II-3, one of two hydrophobic subunits that bind succinate dehydrogenase to the mitochondrial inner membrane to form succinate-ubiquinone oxidoreductase (EC 1.3.99.1). Other low molecular weight proteins present in preparations of the isolated complex, including three possible forms of the second anchor polypeptide C-II-4, have been identified by amino terminal sequencing.
