摘要：
The localization of tritium labelled nigericine, a carboxylic polyester, monovalent cation transporting antibiotic, has been studied by autoradiography. Addition of 30 mg/l of this compound to a culture of Tetrahymena pyriformis in the exponential phase of growth, with incubation time of 15 to 30 min, permitted to observe the entrance of the nigericine into the ciliate and to locate it in the cell structures. Our work shows on semithin sections the presence of label at the periphery of the nucleus, probably in the layer of nucleoli.
