摘要
A variety of fungi were shown to degrade phloridzin to phloretin, phloroglucinol and phloretic acid. Phloretic acid in turn was metabolized to p-hydroxybenzoic acid. Aspergillus niger yielded cell-free preparations which catalyzed the hydrolysis of phloretin to phloroglucinol and phloretic acid. © 1969.
