The study of the suicide among adolescents implies the evaluation of the stress and anxiety for adverse events of life. The Questionnaire of Events of Life for Adolescents detects and it evaluates the impact of recent adverse events reliably. On the other hand, the Inventory of Suicidal Risk (IRIS) for adolescents examines conditions of risk for the ideation and suicidal intent. The results of both instruments were correlated in the characterization of suicidal risk. 233 adolescents participated from 13 to 18 years, students of private schools (n=111) and public (n=122) of Asuncion. The profiles are correlated r highly = 0.68, in similarity with other investigations where was find a strong association among suicidal risk and adverse events of life evaluated in intervention strategies in school sceneries.
