摘要：

Results are presented of an experimental investigation which deals with OPC of a scanning aberrationless beam by an SBS mirror utilizing CCl4, SiCl4, GAMMA-JIC6 glass. It is shown that the OPC quality depends on the scanning rate and the time of hypersound damping in the medium. Conditions are defined at which the OPC of the scanning beam can be carried out.
