摘要：
Vascular lesions are one of the most frequent causes of organic impotence. Dysfunction of the penile veno-occlusive mechanism is studied by cavernography-cavernometry. The major criterion of venous leakage is the maintenance flow which remains < 25 ml/min after intracavernous injection of papaverine (60 mg). In the erect state cavernography can demonstrate the adnormal venous drainage.
