摘要：
The coupling of transverse electromagnetic and acoustic waves with quasi-local electron states in metals is considered. It is shown that the interaction of left-hand polarized waves (antihelicons) with acoustic waves leads to the existence of coupled waves as well as their mutual transformation. The spectrum and damping decrement of coupled waves are calculated.
