摘要
The corrosion of sputtered CoCr alloy films in high humidity atmospheres at temperatures between 293K and 353K has been investigated. The corrosion products were analyzed by EPMA, ESCA and SIMS, and the corrosion process was examined by measuring the corrosion potential and polarization curves in aqueous solutions. In the atmospheric corrosion of CoCr sputtered films, adsorbed water plays an important role. The corrosion proceeds with a mixed form of local and general dissolution, and CoO (and/or Co(OH)2) and Cr2O3 are formed as corrosion products. The Cr2O3 layer seemed to act as a protective film. © 1990.
