摘要
A procedure for determination of eleven impurity elements such as Be, Ca, Cd, Co, Cr, Cu, Mg, Mn, Ni, Pb and Zn in uranium matrix in the range of 0.2-10.0 mug g-1 of uranium using inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES) has been presented. The impurities were separated following a single step extraction procedure using TBP-CCl4 extraction system and taking care of factors influencing the precision of the method. The detection limits obtained using this procedure were at least an order of magnitude better than the previously reported data.
