摘要
The Hg(1-x)CdxTe (T,x) phase diagrams of T.C. Harman and A.J. Strauss and of B. Ray and P.M. Spencer are examined. The apparent discrepancy between them is resolved by presenting a (P,T) phase diagram for Hg0.8Cd0.2Te and showing that each (T,x) curve can be fitted at x = 0.2 by appropriate choices by PHg. Segregation coefficient data are presented which help identify the more practical (T,x) curves. © 1968.
