摘要
The instrumental equipment of modem oxygen/nitrogen analyzers offers the chance to think about expanded methodic possibilities in the determination of different oxygen forms, which are technologically relevant. Various analytical informations in diverse temperature regions resulting from a modified hot extraction-carrier gas procedure are demonstrated on titanium carbonitride powders. The distinction between different sources of an ''oxygen signal'' as adsorbed oxygen, organic contaminations, superficial oxidation or ''inner'' oxygen, is of interest for process control and technological optimization.
