摘要：
Two cases of Pseudomonas aeruginosa infection of the skin are reported. The first one is an toe web spaces infection in an immunocompetent young man. Ecthyma gangrenosum without bacteriema in an immunocompromised host is also described. These two pathologies are the result of the bacteria opportunism. Necessity of an individual prevention and of precocious diagnosis is recalled.
