Didactic training in the use of the new information and communication technologies in professors of "Tierra y Libertad" Official Secondary School no. 156, morning shift, San Juan de las Huertas community, Zinacantepec, State of Mexico. A pedagogical research proposal

This paper focuses its attention on deficiencies detected in the didactic training of professors in secondary schools in the use of the new information and communication technologies as didactic resources; from this on, the implementation of a pedagogical research based on theoretical, practical and methodological fundamentals is proposed for the institution of reference, which allows teachers to deal with and enrich the teaching act, and as a result, to improve the quality of teaching as demanded in the 3rd article constitutional, and specially, responding to the students' requirements in the context of the secondary education.
