摘要
This paper focuses its attention on deficiencies detected in the didactic training of professors in secondary schools in the use of the new information and communication technologies as didactic resources; from this on, the implementation of a pedagogical research based on theoretical, practical and methodological fundamentals is proposed for the institution of reference, which allows teachers to deal with and enrich the teaching act, and as a result, to improve the quality of teaching as demanded in the 3rd article constitutional, and specially, responding to the students' requirements in the context of the secondary education.
