摘要
The symbiotic ability of several pea cultivars and Rhizobium leguminosarum strains was analyzed in vegetation and field experiments. In vegetation experiments, the contribution of macrosymbiont genotypes to the value of the symbiosis effectiveness index was found to be significantly higher than that of microsymbiont genotypes. The roles of symbiotic partners in determining nitrogen fixation activity of nodules were equal. In field experiments, the R. leguminosarum strains studied controlled 23.2% of total variation of the value of a specific content of nitrogen in the grain and only 2% of the variation of grain mass. The pea cultivars determined 27.9% of the variation of grain mass but did not influence the content of nitrogen in the grain.
