摘要：

The article deals with the elements of the indicative approach to evaluation of the public finance management efficiency; the types of the approach, the requirements and the principles of indicators development have been systematized. An integral indicator calculated with the help of "dimension method" is suggested for an inter- regional comparative assessment of the public finance management efficiency. In conclusion the factors of a successful realization of the indicative approach are formulated.
