摘要
On the basis of mainly x-ray and magnetic investigations, a Mn-Zn diagram is plotted which differs from the Hansen diagram as follows. A new ferromagnetic phase, named beta //1, extends from 50 to 56/at% Mn at temperatures below 180 degree C. The beta //M//n-phase field is much wider, the Mn-poor boundaries being located at 53, 56, and 69/at% Mn at 250 degree , 300 degree and 400 degree C, respectively. The cubic-tetragonal transformation of the alpha prime phase and the existence of the metastable epsilon prime phase are discussed.
