摘要
Contemporary market faces an enormous competition growth; therefore it becomes hard enough for new companies in the market to gain their positions. Moreover, it becomes more problematic for mature organizations to keep their sustained positions. Customers can be named as a core success driver for any organization. Based on customer opinion, organizations constantly improve their practices, product and service quality. Customer satisfaction with motor business services at JSC "A. Karalius ir Ko" is being analyzed in the article. Accordingly, the aim of an article is to evaluate JSC "A. Karalius ir Ko" customer satisfaction. Performing the research, European Customer Satisfaction Index was applied. As a result of the analysis, problem areas (components of European Customer Satisfaction Index) were determined.
