摘要：
The gene of subtilisin-like protease (aprBi) was knocked out in a genome of Bacillus intermedius. A low stress resistance of the modified strain was established. Some differences in the spectra of extracellular proteins of the native and modified strains were revealed. Analysis of cell fractions by gel-electrophoresis demonstrated protein band shift and the changes in concentration of identically expressed protein fractions.
