ETHICS IN THEORY CONSTRUCTION MANAGER OF THE ATTITUDE OF EDUCATION

The research was presented framed in the form of desk research, descriptive in nature and in the research Problems of Efficiency in Public Sector, the same is concatenated with the first strategic line of the National Development Plan for 2007-2013, which relates the new social ethic based on recasting ethics and morals of the nation, is rooted in the fusion of the values and principles of most advanced humanist. The study presented aims to establish the importance of ethics as a factor in the theoretical construction of the attitude of the educational manager, highlighting the need for educational organizations of middle management to be efficient and effective in carrying out and enforcing policies issued by the governing body thereof.
