EARLY CHILDHOOD: THE WAY TO MATERIALIZE CHILDREN'S RIGHTS IN COLOMBIA

摘要
This article is a synthesis resulting from a research carried out in the British Music College, which invites the reader to recognize the importance of Public Policy on early childhood in Colombia. For the particular case it becomes important because it is the legal and theoretical referent of the Curricular Elements Manifest in Teachers Serving Early Childhood Students project, that started in May 2011 and in which ensuring a healthy, liberating, playful and with good educational base is considered as fundamental to allow the promotion of citizens capable of transforming their own reality and thus transforming the societies and nations reality, a fact that awaken interest, not only from teachers but also from government agencies, to design policies which guide the comprehensive care of children under five years old, and rescue the concept of family as a fundamental factor in the education of this population.
