摘要：

A new form of combined pulse modulator using integral pulse-frequency modulation and pulse-width modulation is proposed in the letter. Using this modulator in a feedback system, a nonlinear discrete equivalent system is established, and a method for computation of state trajectories is indicated. It is also shown that systems having pulse-frequency modulation only or pulse-width modulation only reduce to special cases. © 1969, The Institution of Electrical Engineers. All rights reserved.
