摘要
As opposed to divided China, an interimistic dual-state development has evolved in divided Korea. Furthermore, the fact that North Korea's previous protecting power, the Soviet Union, has appreciably modified its stance has triggered as yet unforeseeable consequences. This new political configuration is analysed by Joachim Glanbitz, an expert on the Soviet Union and East Asia at the Stiftung Wissenschaft und Politik in Ebenhausen near Munich and professor at the University of Munich.
