THE SPECTRUM OF PROTON VIBRATION IN WEAK COMPLEXES WITH A HYDROGEN-BONDING IN SOLUTIONS

An oscillator, whose frequency is expressed quadratically via the coordinate of the related classical vibration, has been considered. Assuming the change in the vibration to be a usual random process, the correlation function of frequency modulation has been calculated. Its spectrum has been studied when the classical mode is the Langevin oscillator. The spectrum of the complex CH3CN...HCl in Xe has been interpreted in terms of the theory developed.
