摘要
The occurrence and characteristics of Ca2+ and anion-sensitive ATPase activities were studied in a plasma membrane fraction (PMF) isolated from crab Cyrtograpsus angulatus gills, An ATPase activity, stimulated by Ca2+ and sensitive to vanadate, is present in PMP. The highest activity was found at 8 mM Ca2+. The optimal pH was 9.00, PMF also contained an ATPase activity stimulated by either Cl- or HCO3- or Cl- plus HCO3- which was Mg2+-dependent.
