摘要：

The aim of the article is to present the main recommendations relating to the application of allergen immunotherapy (AIT) in various allergic diseases contained in international consensus on allergy immunotherapy (ICON) published in 2015. There is practically no controversy about the use of AIT in the treatment of allergic rhinitis and allergic asthma in children and adults, but for atopic dermatitis (especially in adults) or food allergy (in children and adults), the indications for AIT are not well defined.
