摘要
This paper defines violence as any intentional act of commission or omission that harms or may harm an individual and that, ultimately, disrupts or restricts their ability to shape their own life freely. Human rights aim to guarantee the exercise of this ability. Therefore, as this article posits, a theory of justice based on human rights must consider unjust any form of violence.
