摘要
In this paper, the factors influencing the migration reproducibility of dipeptides in HPCZE were discussed. Two migration parameters-migration time and relative migration time were investigated as the functions of operation current and column temperature. The relative migration time was proposed to be an index for peak identification in HPCZE. The effects of applied current and column temperature on migra tion time have been discussed. The linear correlation between lg t(m) and T-1 has been derived and has been explained based on the fundamental migration equation in HPCZE. The criteria of relative migration time which are independent of applied current and column temperature shows the characteristic constant for a specific column in HPCZE.
