摘要：

2 endothelial factors seem to operate in the physiology of cavernosum corpus. NO is likely torepresent the myorelaxant factor responsible of erection. We have experimented NO separatly, then in association with Pg E1, in 50 patients suffering from erectile impotence. This association has been efficacious.
