Revolutionary syndicalism and anarcho-syndicalism: a study of Congress workers in the Rio Grande do Sul (1898 - 1928)

The aim is to meet the political line adopted by the workers, the workers congress in Rio Grande do Sul, between 1898 and 1928. The Revolutionary Syndicalism was one of the political currents that influenced the labor movement of the Rio Grande do Sul (LONER 2007). What is political line adopted by trade unionists in the workers' congress of Rio Grande do Sul? After defining the concepts of Revolutionary Syndicalism and Anarcho-syndicalism (CORREA, 2011), we proceeded to the analysis of the decisions of the Congress workers. research sources are the reports of the decisions taken in the Congress Workers, published in the professional literature. The research is qualitative and exploratory with bibliographical sources. There was the construction of the conceptual categories and discourse analysis on the content of the records. The Congress of analysis allows us to observe a reformist phase at the beginning of the labor movement. A period of influence of Revolutionary Syndicalism which runs from 1912 to 1920. From 1920 there was an increase in the influence of Anarcho-labor movements in Congress. In this last moment, which is characterized by fragmentation and pulverization of the labor movement is the same as the significant influence of Anarcho-syndicalism.
