摘要：
Malignant phyllodes tumours are rare fibroepithelial tumours of the breast. The tumours consist of a benign looking epithelium surrounded by a cellular stroma with malignant features. Two cases of a malignant phyllodes tumour are presented., Both. cases showed recurrence before metastasizing. One case was treated by a radical mastectomy and the other needed only a toilet mastectomy. Radiotherapy had no effect in one of the cases.
